Exchange & Return Policy
Iron Hyde Apparels Private Limited Return & Exchange Policy :
Iron Hyde's return & exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange the items purchased on Iron Hyde’s website irrespective of any reason within 30 days of the receipt. The Product should be returned either with, or in unused, original condition, tag and packaging.
You are welcome to try on a product anytime but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
There are two ways to return the product to us :
1. PICK UP: - In most of the locations, we offer you a delivery free service. We will send you the shipping label to your registered email ID and you have to pack and paste the shipping label on the packet.
2. SELF SHIP: - If we don't offer a pick-up service at your location then we will credit the shipping costs in your wallet.
3. REFUND POLICY: - The refund will be taken into consideration after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check process. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check process, we shall ship or send it back to you and then If you choose to exchange the product for reason of incorrect size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the product, free of cost. However, all the exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange policy.
4.Refund will be credited within 7-10 working days after the product received.
We suggest that you return it to obtain a refund and purchase the new item separately.
